BEAUTY QUEEN DREAM

Kit HQ has been taken over by tiaras, hairspray and glitter (well…more so than usual) as we have succumbed to Miss Universe Mania! Resembling more of Beauty Queen stage mums, rather than vaguely interested bystanders, we have been cheering on our own Aussie contender Jesinta Campbell to a very respectable second runner-up – missing out on the crown by the heel of her shoe!

Very graceful in defeat (no, she didn’t try a run off with the crown in the middle of Miss Mexico’s coronation) we couldn’t be more proud of the little Aussie lady. Taking home the coveted Miss Congeniality Prize (rumor has it the she made Mr. Trump laugh at his toupee) in a more than flattering consolation prize, proving us Aussie girls know how to rock beauty and brains!
